Universal HIIT is an online, real-time virtual class training platform accessible for all fitness levels. It offers a variety of high-intensity interval training classes that can be done without any equipment, or just a pair of dumbbells. Each HIIT class lasts 45 to 50 minutes and includes a warm-up (dynamic stretches and light cardio), activation exercises to prepare muscles for the main HIIT workout, and a cool-down phase (static stretches and breathing exercises) to lower the heart and improve flexibility.
